Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders, international or domestic. We'll ship anything from our store to your address, anywhere in the world, for free.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Assyrian Gifts Gift Certificates. Unfortunately we do not accept any forms of crypto currency, checks, cash or money orders at this time. Assyrian Gifts takes your safety seriously; our site is encrypted with 128-bit security so your personal information is safe.
When will my card/account be charged?
Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged the moment your order is placed. Once the transaction goes through you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. If your card is declined, we will not take any payment and you will not receive a confirmation e-mail. In this case, please remember that some card issuers may still place funds on hold temporarily. If you have any questions or concerns about a payment issue, please don't hesitate to e-mail us.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors; this fee is your responsibility. Please check your country's laws regarding any additional fees you may have to pay as the items arrive in your country. Also, before anyone asks, no, we cannot mark any international packages as gifts-sorry!
Does Assyrian Gifts offer Gift Certificates?
Absolutely! If you're unsure about what to get someone, you can purchase a gift certificate here. Our gift certificates never expire and are sent directly to the recipient through an e-mail which includes the value of the gift certificate.

How long until i receive my order?
Delivery times vary and are dependent on the product(s) purchased as well as the destination country. An item may take anywhere from 10 days to several weeks to be delivered particularly if it needs to clear international customs. Please keep this in mind for time sensitive gifts. E.g. gifts being purchased for birthdays, St. Valentine's Day, Baptisms etc.
It is important to note that our product lines are shipped from various locations throughout the world including the U.S.A. and Europe. As such, and depending on the customer’s address, shipping times may vary for each individual product type on a single order. For example, a customer might purchase several different products in a single transaction; however the items will arrive at different times via different carriers, from different countries, depending on where we are housing a particular product line.

Why are you not replying to my emails?
We answer all e-mails within one business day of receipt. If you have sent numerous e-mails and haven't received a response, please add email@example.com to your contacts and check your spam or junk mail folder as sometimes we get thrown there!
You may return most products within 7 days for a full refund only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund after four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period is an estimate only and factors in such variables as the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (estimated 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (estimated 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (estimated 5 to 10 business days). As such a circumstance might arise where it may take longer to process the refund depending on the variables above.
